Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for EDA tool research and development. Develops software program in ASIC design back-end flow including clock tree synthesis, physical optimization and timing analysis. Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Expected to analyze project areas, refine problem descriptions, and develop novel technical solutions. Exercises judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Produce consistently high quality technical solutions and code implementations independently. Works primarily with manager and other engineers in Shanghai and US.
Job Requirements:
o MS in CS/EE with 3+ years relevant experience or Phd with 0+ years experience. o Must have experience on development of complex software project andhave excellent software programming skills with hand-on C programming experience under Unix/Linux. Strong background in data structures and algorithms. o Familiar with EDA or VLSI design, especially in back-end flow such as clock tree systhesis, physical optimization and timing analysis. o Strong desires to learn and explore new technologies and able to demonstrate good analysis and problem solving skills. o The candidate will closely work with US teams. So good written and verbal English communication skills are necessary. o Self-motivated and good team working spirit.
