Job Responsibilities:

This position is part of the Asia-Pac MYM support group. A person in this position is responsible for providing technical support to customers of Synopsys Manufacturing Yield Management products. Support responsibilities includes: (1) System support; (2) data flow diagnostics; (3) Software usage training; (4) Assist with pre-sales effort; (5) Provide software evaluations; (6) Evaluate and feedback enhancement requests; (7) Coordinate with other Synopsys groups for support effort; (8) Draft documents for training purposes, knowledge sharing, and standard operation processes.

Job Requirements:

Candidate should possess a BS degree with 2+ year of relevant experiences, but will consider new college graduate with relevant majors. Good knowledge of Fab process integration flows. Proficiencies include UNIX, Linux, Windows OS, shell scripting, C/C++ programming, and SQL. This person should also have strong communication abilities in English (Written or verbal), leadership skills, and a team player.
